30th JAN 09: LOSE WEIGHT WITH GINGER!Individuals, who are above 35 years of age and exceed thier BMI weight, can use this formula to lose weight. (A) a) Remove the skin of a ginger (~2 inches long)b) Pound the ginger without water and extract the juice c) Repeat the extraction 2 more times without water. d) You should have a least a small glass of extracted ginger juice. Set the juice aside.(B)a) Pound 2 small onions and add 2 cloves of garlic into the pounded onions.b) Pound again without adding any water. c) Extract the onion-garlic juice into another container. d) Repeat the extraction 2 more times without water. Leave the 2 separate containers, each containing ginger and onion-garlic extract and let it rest for 5 minutes. The reason why the ginger water is left to rest is because the juice will be separated into two portions. The below portion is the slaked lime (sunambu) residue and should not be consumed as it is toxic. After 5 minutes, slowly and carefully pour the ginger juice into the onion- garlic liquid mixture. Make sure the slaked lime (sunambu) residue does not get poured into the onion- garlic juice. Once the ginger-onion-garlic juice has been combined, add 1 tablespoon of pure honey, extract of l lime or extract of ½ lemon. Mix the formula and consume it once a week in the morning on an empty stomach.
